Prices and price changes

Set selling prices per grade, schedule changes and keep a full price history.

3 min readUpdated

Each fuel grade has a selling price per litre. Expected sales on the stock sheet are calculated from litres sold multiplied by the price in force during the shift.

Scheduling a change

  1. Choose the grade and stations

A change can apply to one station or to several at once.

  2. Set the new price and the effective time

Use the time the regulator's new price applies, or when you decide to change it.

  3. Approve

Depending on your roles, a price change may need approval before it takes effect.

Price history

Every change is kept with who made it and when it took effect. Old shifts are never revalued when a price changes later.
